Under My navman > Tick Europe and click Remove maps > Yes.Go to Unlock Features and enter the Activation Key sent to you by email.Select the Installer Language and follow the instructions in the Installation Wizard to install the software updates.Connect your device to your PC and turn it on.If you don't have NavDesk installed, you can download it from HERE. Please ensure that you have installed NavDesk from the DVD supplied with your device and that you have removed the disc from your DVD drive. Helpful hint: If the map file isn't listed under the My maps tab, make sure the map file has been saved under (My) Documents > My Maps.
